134 - And They Were Out of Quarantine

It used to be you'd live through one major, horrific, generation-defining experience every 50-60 years or so. Lucky for us, our generation gets freshly defined by something new and horrible every 18-24 months whether we like it or not. But regardless of everything else that's happened, with the CDC's new lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, a lot of feelings are being churned up. It's time for one final look at the trope that cropped up a little over a year ago to help us deal with What Fresh Hell was delivered to us that day and say farewell to the Quarantine Fic.
